Iridology

What is Iridology?

Iridology is the study of the Iris. It is a great diagnostic tool to assess the integrity of the bodily tissue.

By checking for the different signs and colours in the Iris, the Practitioner can have a better understanding of how well the person’s organs and systems function, and any potential sign of inherited weaknesses and strengths.

Iridology deals with analysing the person’s internal health through observation of the Iris. It is a wonderful tool to assess the reasons for the person’s ailment. It is extremely useful in cases where the ailment has been there for quite some time and the origin of it is not clear. The Iridologist uses a computerised camera so the clients can see their eyes and get a better understanding.

Iridology also allows the Iridologist to assess a person’s health to prevent chronic illness. It will give the Iridologist a better understanding of how well the body works and the organs function on a biochemical level.

Iridology Methods

Iridologists generally use equipment such as a flashlight, magnifying glass and camera to examine a patient’s iris for tissue changes, as well as features such as specific pigment patterns.

The markings and patterns are compared to an Iris Chart that correlates zones of the iris with parts of the body. An example is that the zone corresponding to the kidney is in the lower part of the Iris, just before 6 o’clock.

There are minor variations between charts associated between body parts and the areas of the Iris.
